ERIN NOËL CREATIVE — TERMS OF SERVICE

Service Agreement
All services rendered by Erin Noël Creative require a signed agreement and deposit prior to scheduling. Booking confirms your acceptance of these terms. Services are non-transferable.

Payment
Payment is due in full prior to your session date. Payment plans are available upon request and must be agreed upon in writing at the time of booking. Erin Noël Creative accepts credit card, debit, and ACH. Reimbursements by credit card are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. Purchases made on Erin's company card must be reimbursed within 24 hours of receipt of the bill.

Shopping & Ordering
All sourcing and shopping is specific to the agreed scope of service. Once your lookbook or options are delivered, all orders must be placed within 24 hours. Requests made after 24 hours will be billed at the hourly rate of $350, billed in 15-minute increments. Expedited or overnight shipping is required on all orders to ensure timely delivery and is billed as incurred.

Returns & Consignment
For in-person fittings and consignment, a credit card will be kept on file. Finalized purchases will be charged Erin Noel Creative’s card, unless otherwise noted and a receipt will be emailed to you. Reimbursements for in person sessions are expected at the completion of the session.  Items are considered final sale unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Returns are assessed on a case by case basis and subject to vendor return policies. Erin Noël Creative is not responsible for missed return windows. Consignment merchandise not returned within the specified return window will be charged in full to the card on file.

Virtual Clients
For virtual clients, purchases are made directly through your digital lookbook unless coordinated through consignment. All purchases are the responsibility of the client through the digital platform and returns are subject to vendor policies. Erin Noël Creative is not responsible for missed return windows.

Tailoring & Shipping
Tailoring and shipping are additional expenses billed as incurred. For Los Angeles appointments, a tailor is provided on site. For travel appointments, a local tailor will be sourced and coordinated on your behalf. Tailoring rates typically range from $50–$100 per hour.

Travel Fees
A flat travel fee is charged for all appointments outside of Los Angeles:

  • Southern California (including Orange County, Santa Barbara, and San Diego) — $350

  • San Francisco & the Bay Area — starting at $500

  • All other out of state destinations — starting at $750, based on destination and travel time

All travel-related expenses including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and a per diem for meals are billed separately at cost. Travel cost sharing may be available based on scheduling and availability — please inquire at the time of booking. Mileage to client locations within Los Angeles is reimbursed at $0.67 per mile, calculated round trip from Beverly Hills and billed as incurred.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to erin@erinnoelcreative.com. Client must confirm receipt of cancellation notice by Erin Noël Creative. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Clients have 24 hours from the time of deposit to cancel without being billed for the remaining balance. Cancellations made after the 24-hour grace period are subject to the following:

  • Cancellations one week or more before the session: Client will be charged for all expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation. No refund will be issued for payments made.

  • Cancellations within 72 hours of the session: Client will be charged for all expenses incurred and no refund will be issued for payments made.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours: Subject to a $350 cancellation fee, charged for every occurrence.

Postponement
Client agrees to notify Erin Noël Creative of any postponement as soon as possible via email. A new date must be confirmed within 5 days of the original session date or the booking will be considered cancelled. If Erin Noël Creative is unable to accommodate the new date, the booking will also be considered cancelled. Upon cancellation, all outstanding fees — including retail restocking and shipping fees — are immediately due.

Intellectual Property
All lookbooks, styling boards, and digital wardrobe content created by Erin Noël Creative remain the intellectual property of Erin Noël Creative and are for the client's personal use only. Content may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written consent.

Privacy & Confidentiality
Client information is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties without written consent.

Governing Terms
These terms are subject to change at the discretion of Erin Noël Creative. Continued engagement with services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
