How much should I plan to invest in my clothing purchases?

Shopping budgets vary based on the gaps we need to fill and where your wardrobe currently stands. For a Full Wardrobe Renewal, most clients start with a budget of $5,000–$10,000 when working with contemporary and designer brands. For luxury-level sourcing, a larger budget is recommended and will increase based on your needs and preferences. If you have a strong foundation to build from, we can work strategically within a tighter range.

How long does the process take and how far in advance should I book?

Depending on the service, the process can range from a few weeks to a full season. I typically book 30 days out depending on availability, and can occasionally accommodate tighter timelines. During our initial consultation we'll discuss your goals, your calendar, and how best to structure our time together.

Do you offer virtual services?

Virtual support is available for select clients. However, the best first step is always working together in person — whether in Los Angeles or by travel — so I can fully understand your wardrobe, your lifestyle, and your vision. All active clients receive ongoing virtual messaging support between sessions.

What happens if I don't love something during our styling session?

You simply don't keep it. Our session is a collaborative conversation, not a directive. I bring a curated selection of pieces for you to try on so you can see what feels best on your body and aligns with your style vision. The goal is for you to leave feeling confident in every piece — and in your style overall.

What if I love a lot of my existing clothes and don't want to get rid of them?

That's the beauty of the process — we start with what you love. Your existing pieces become the foundation and we focus on filling the gaps that make your wardrobe more functional, cohesive, and aligned to your style. Nothing leaves your closet without your full agreement.

Are there any additional costs?

Tailoring and shipping are always additional expenses and an essential part of the styling process — please factor both into your overall investment. For all Los Angeles appointments, a tailor is on site. For travel appointments, a local tailor will be sourced and coordinated on your behalf. Tailoring rates typically range from $50–$100 per hour. Expedited and overnight shipping is required on all orders to ensure timely delivery and is billed as incurred.

Do you charge for travel?

For clients outside of Los Angeles, travel is billed at cost — including flights, parking/Uber/ car rental, accommodations, ground transportation, and a per diem for meals — plus a travel fee based on destination and travel time. Please reach out directly for a travel quote specific to your location.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to erin@erinnoelcreative.com. Deposits are non-refundable. Clients have 24 hours from the time of deposit to cancel without being billed for the remaining balance. Cancellations after the 24-hour window are subject to cancellation fees. Any cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours is subject to a $350 fee. For postponements, a new date must be confirmed within 5 days of the original session or the booking will be considered cancelled.

What if I want ongoing style support after our initial session?

Most clients continue working with me on an ongoing basis — style is a relationship, not a one-time appointment. The Annual Partnership is my most popular option for clients who want consistent support throughout the year, including seasonal styling sessions, wardrobe refreshes, monthly lookbook updates, and direct access to me as your dedicated style partner.
